EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE EFFECTS OF SOYANGIN HYONGBANGJIWHANGTANG

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to investigate experimentally the clinical effects of SoyanginHy6ngbangjiwhangtang (J"FAA jFj R.j t~X X) that was prescribed to cure the Bisuhan-
ph; ohanby6ng (ltx) of Soyangin
tho author experimented various activities of mixed e)c tract from the SoyanginHy6ngbangjiwhangtang (
9i h Aj M ftb iA) by the method prescribed in the e perimental part.
The results of the studies were summarized as fo lows :
1) In acetic acid method experiment, analgesic elect was noted,
2) Anticonvulsive effect was noted on the convulsion in iuced by strychnine and picotoxin,
3) The sedation effects by the unbalanced of sponta-neous momentum by the wheel cage method, muscle relaxing action by Rotor rod method were noted.
4) Castor oilinduced Catharsis, Anticathrtic action was noted.
5) Transport rate inhibitory action of small intestine was noted,
6) Inhibitory action of gastric secretion was noted,
7) The expansion action of blood vessels by Krawkowpissemski method was noted.
According to the above outcome, results of SoyanginHy 6 ngbangjiwhangtang (´1 W A fq J~ f- 4) in oriental medical references were consistent with the actual experimental results.
